Executive Chef and Owner of Your Culinary Experience, Inc., Chef Danielle DeLuca, graduated with high honors from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts.
Her 25 years of culinary experience began at renowned establishments in Westchester County, such as Orienta Beach Club in Mamaroneck and Peter Pratt's Inn in Yorktown. Knowing that she wanted to put a purpose to her cooking, she started the personal chef service, at just 21 years old, and specialized in heart healthy cooking and cooking for clients with food allergies.
It was then that she realized how much her cooking could help others on a daily basis. Not only is Chef Danielle a personal chef, she is also a cancer survivor and truly believes that the best way to take care of yourself is through food, by eating clean and focusing on an organic, non-GMO, and plant-based diet. Throughout the last two decades, Chef Danielle has cooked for numerous families with allergies and has catered many high profile events. Chef Danielle is passionate about fundraising for pediatric cancer through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
