Danielle,
THANK YOU so much for a great evening learning about Celiac Cooking. You did a great job. I came to the class very intimated about cooking with other than flour and left with great confidence that I can do it. I served my fussy-eating husband the delicious Chicken Pot Pie and he loved it and I did. You not only helped with the special ingredients but you also helped with showing me how to cut properly and other many helpful hints. Again, you did a great job and I look forward to coming to your next class. Wishing you much luck in all your cooking endeavors.

I'm so glad I attended Danielle's GF cooking class. Just when I felt like I had nothing left that I could cook this class came along. The 3 hours flew by as we learned all kinds of helpful tidbits and learned 3 delicious, gourmet GF meals. I can't stop thinking about the pork loin with the maple-apricot sauce. I plan to give it a try this week. Danielle is so very knowledgeable and really put me (someone who tends to hate cooking) at ease. I do hope to attend future classes.
Thanks Danielle.

Hi Danielle
Thanks for all your expertise last night at the cooking class. It was great. It has given me so much confidence to live with my disease. It was delightful to discover that food can taste good and be easy to make in spite of my need for a gluten-free meal. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of cooking. You not only design recipes for us (gluten-free and light), you give us so many helpful hints. You are so thorough in providing us lists of foods that we can eat and what we can't. You take those "extra" steps that others don't to help us.
You are very professional in your presentations and calm in your demeanor. It was a pleasure to experience your culinary knowledge. I look forward to many more classes.
THANK YOU,
Carol C.
